Gemma Hill

Gemma Hill is an experienced professional with a strong background in supporting employers and young people in the apprenticeship and work experience sectors. Currently serving as a New Entrant Employer Support Advisor at CITB since October 2022, Gemma focuses on assisting employers in attracting, recruiting, and retaining apprentices, ensuring small employers can access available grants and training resources. Prior experience includes roles as a Business Development Officer and Work Placement Coordinator at Wirral Metropolitan College from August 2017 to October 2022, where Gemma collaborated with local businesses to create work experience opportunities for young individuals. Gemma's career began at BT LGS, where a role as a Team Leader lasted from April 2008 to September 2016. Educational background includes attendance at St. Mark's School from 1994 to 2000.
