John Wells

John Wells is currently serving as a Customer Engagement Officer for West London at CITB since July 2023. Prior to this role, John has been working as a Training Manager at L Lynch Plant Hire & Haulage since April 2022. From October 2021 to March 2022, John held the position of Head of Training and Development & Mobilisation at Life Cafès & Resorts, where responsibilities included overseeing employee training, compliance, career development, and new site openings. Additionally, John managed operations at Bucks Construction Academy from August 2017 to September 2021.
