Juliet Smithson

Juliet Smithson currently serves as the Head of Employer Engagement and Delivery at CITB since November 2023. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Juliet was a Board Member at ACO - The Association of Charitable Organisations from July 2021 to July 2024, contributing to strategic direction and performance assessment. As the Co-Chair and Head of Operations at LionHeart RICS from January 2019 to October 2023, Juliet led a team focused on operations, communications, and fundraising, achieving significant delivery milestones amid the Covid pandemic.
