Lenford Watson

Lenford Watson is a seasoned professional in the construction education sector with a diverse array of roles spanning over a decade. Watson began as a freelance assessor for NVQ qualifications in construction at ACADEMY TRAINING GROUP and continued to serve as an assessor and trainer at Tower Hamlets College. Significant leadership positions include Head of Construction Training and Quality, Deputy Head of Construction, and Senior Construction Leader at Bounce Back Project, where Watson delivered training to offenders and vulnerable individuals. Recently, Watson held roles as Curriculum Manager for Adult Skills at Barking & Dagenham College and Interim Curriculum Manager for Construction at the College of Haringey, Enfield and North East London. Currently, Watson is the NCC South Curriculum Manager at CITB, while also contributing as Executive Director at DLux-Pro Maintenance and Construction.
