Lucie Wright

Lucie Wright currently serves as the Head of Strategy (Careers and Pipeline) at CITB since May 2019, where responsibilities include ensuring the construction workforce possesses the necessary skills through strategic priorities in Careers, Standards and Qualifications, and Training and Development. Previously, Lucie held various roles at CITB, including Careers Strategy Manager and Service Delivery Manager. Prior to CITB, Lucie was self-employed as a Business Consultant, providing strategic development consulting. Other notable positions include Commercial Manager at Keystone Group UK, and Business Development Director, as well as Director of Sales at Redwoods Dowling Kerr. Lucie holds a Level 7 NVQ Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from The City and Guilds of London Institute and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Northampton.
