Lynette Holmes has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lynette began their career in 1995 as a Customer Advisor at Thomas Cook, where they worked until 2001. Lynette then joined Norwich and Peterborough Building Society and held roles as a Mortgage Advisor and Sales Consultant from 2001-2006, followed by a position as a Financial Controls Administrator from 2006-2008. In 2008, they returned to Thomas Cook as a Customer Insights Manager, a role they held until 2019. In 2019, they joined CITB as a Research Analyst, where they currently work.
Lynette Holmes completed their GCSE from The Deepings School between 1986 and 1991. Following this, they pursued a BTEC National Diploma in Hotel and Catering Management at Stamford College from 1991 to 1993.
