Mike Addison

Mike Addison currently serves as a New Entrant Retention Adviser at CITB, focusing on supporting employers in claiming available resources to enhance their business growth. Previous experience includes roles as a Business Support Administrator at the Marine Management Organisation and various positions at Newcastle University, including Peoples Services Administrator and Learning and Teaching Assistant. Mike also worked as an English Language Teacher for Come On Out - Japan and held positions at the University of Cambridge and Seva Mandir as an Undergraduate and Outreach Coordinator and Volunteer Copywriter, respectively. Early career highlights include serving as an Advisor for the National Career Service and supervisory roles at BY THE RIVER BREWERY LTD and Brandling Villa. Mike is pursuing an MSc in Humanitarian Action at SOAS University of London and holds a CELTA Level 5 qualification from the University of Cambridge, along with a Bachelor's degree in Contemporary Acting from Newcastle College.
