Stephen Flatt

Stephen Flatt has extensive work experience in the television industry, specifically in roles related to live broadcasting. Stephen started their career in 2014 at Ideal World Ltd, where they worked as a Floor Manager and progressed to the role of Senior Floor Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for executing live broadcasts, ensuring the readiness of guests, presenters, models, and demonstrators, and maintaining a safe and professional work environment. Stephen also collaborated closely with the Director and Producer to ensure smooth operations. Stephen's tenure at Ideal World lasted until 2023, during which they held various positions, including Supervising Floor Manager and Product & Services Coordinator at CITB. Prior to their work at Ideal World, they served as a First Assistant Director for the short film Racing Cars for a brief period in 2014. In 2012, they worked as a Runner for the Lebara Mobile Asian Music Awards, where they were responsible for assisting a specific act and ensuring the smooth running of the event.
