Vanessa Freeman has extensive experience in product management and commercial strategy, currently serving as Head of Product at CITB since December 2019. Previously, Vanessa spent nearly two decades at Thomas Cook, where roles included Product & Commercial Manager, responsible for strategizing and managing product portfolios across various regions, and Duty Manager Team Leader, overseeing a team to provide round-the-clock support to customers in emergency situations. Vanessa's leadership has consistently focused on delivering business targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
