Chris Orson is a seasoned leader in business agility and transformation, currently serving as the Head of agile transformation COE at The Citco Group Limited since 2025. Previously, Chris held various positions at HSBC, including Head of product and platform change and Head of Governance in the Global COO office. Earlier in their career, Chris worked at Citi and UBS Investment Bank, where they contributed to operations and process re-engineering. Chris earned a 2:1 degree in eCommerce and Digital Business from the University of Nottingham in 2003.
