Rajee Maru, ACS ACIS, is the Head of Corporate Services, Asia at Citco, bringing 13 years of expertise in fund administration, legal advisory, and corporate governance. They have previously held roles as Corporate Secretary at various firms, including Bradbury Management Consulting and Indorama Synthetics, and served as Corporate Secretarial Manager at IMC Group. Rajee has specialized knowledge in the Singapore Variable Capital Companies Act, AML & KYC onboarding, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, they are an active Committee Member at the ICSI Overseas Centre in Singapore. Rajee holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Pandit Ravishankar Shukla University and has obtained professional qualifications from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore.
