Samrat Basu is an experienced professional in fund accounting, currently serving as Vice President at The Citco Group Limited since 2022. Previously, Samrat held significant roles at Viteos Fund Services as Assistant Vice President for Private Equity Accounting and Manager for Hedge Fund Accounting, as well as positions at HSBC Securities Services and Tata Consultancy Services. Samrat began their career as an Accountant at ACME Computers and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Calcutta.
