Chuck Huang

Chuck Huang is the Founder and CEO at Citcon. Chuck has over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, including stints at Early Stage Tech VC, AllUnion Technology, Visa, CA, eBay, Oracle, and Vitria Technology. Chuck has led the system architecture design and development for several key emerging products, including the Mobile Payment Gateway, Cloud Based Payment Service, Real Time Transaction based Loyalty Offer Product, and Card based Rewards Redemption Platform. Chuck is a highly skilled software engineer and technical architect, with a proven track record of developing innovative products and services.

Chuck Huang has a BS in Computer Science from Tsinghua University, an MS in Computer Science from the University of Florida, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of Florida. Chuck also has an Executive Program in Business, Technology, and Management from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
