Ru Wang

Ru Wang has extensive work experience in QA and marketing roles. They are currently the Director of QA at CITCON since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Pimax VR as the Sr. Director of Global Marketing from September 2017 to July 2021. During this time, they played a major role in the successful Kickstarter campaign for the Pimax 8K VR headset and worked with various partners and stakeholders to explore new business opportunities.

Before Pimax VR, Ru Wang worked at Ooyala from June 2012 to February 2016, initially as a QA Lead and later as a QA Manager. Their responsibilities included leading and coaching remote teams, delivering new features across product lines, and implementing SQA/Engineering processes and best practices.

From an earlier period, Ru Wang worked at Cisco from an unknown start date to 2012 as a Sr. QA Lead for Cisco WebEx. They led global QA teams, implemented an automated testing program, and received recognition for their presentation skills at the Cisco Tech Forum conference.

Prior to Cisco, Ru Wang worked at KLA-Tencor as a Sr. white-box QA Engineer from an unknown start date to 2002.

Ru Wang attended Peking University, where they acquired education in an undisclosed field of study. Additionally, Ru Wang obtained a certification in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain, although the specific date of certification is not mentioned.
