David Silva possesses extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as a Técnico Superior Recursos Humanos and Formador at CITEVE since November 2006. Responsibilities include expertise in labor legislation, processing of wages, recruitment and selection processes, and administrative management of human resources. Additionally, David has a background in professional training through an internship focused on organizing and managing internal training projects and courses for unemployed graduates. Prior to CITEVE, David completed a curricular internship in training at Sonae in 2006. David holds a Licentiate degree in Gestão de Recursos Humanos from Universidade da Maia, earned from 2002 to 2006.
