Jorge Silva Duque

Jorge Silva Duque possesses extensive experience in public procurement and management, currently serving as the Dirigente of the Public Procurement Department at IAPMEI I.P. since May 2008, and as a member of the Enterprise Europe Network. Additional roles include Chairman of the Supervisory Board at CTCOR and CITEVE, along with an International Business Consultant position at Enterprise Europe Network Portugal. Jorge has held various significant positions, including Director adjunto at aicep Portugal Global and has a solid foundation in financial management from earlier roles in different companies. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management and Public Policy, a postgraduate degree in Public Procurement Law and Practice, and a Bachelor's degree in Public Management.
