Luani Costa has extensive experience in architecture and project management, currently serving as an R&D+i Project Manager at CITEVE since June 2018, focusing on Research, Development, and Innovation Projects in the Technology and Engineering Department. Previously, Luani held roles as a Research Fellow on the "Knit-Force para a ITV nacional" project, an Architect at Saavedra with a focus on housing execution projects, and a Freelancer Architect-Designer supporting various architectural firms. Other positions include Architect at SVBARQ, Researcher at the University of Minho specializing in Smart Architecture Membranes, and Architect and Project Manager at Totale Eventos, where Luani designed ephemeral architecture for events. Luani began the career as an Assistant Architect and Construction Manager in Brazil, working on architectural heritage rehabilitation, and has interned on urban requalification projects. Luani holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Construction and Rehabilitation from Universidade do Minho and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina.
