Cenna Skulsky

Cenna Skulsky, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and program management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of CRM Systems at CITI Program since January 2018, Cenna oversees customer-related systems including Salesforce and Ring Central, while also managing continuous improvements in Salesforce Service Cloud and Sales Cloud as a Senior IT Project Manager. Concurrently, Cenna holds the role of Project/Property Manager at SRS Southern, guiding residential construction projects. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Locus Systems Inc., where key projects involved custom ingestion and reporting for an international bank, and Program Manager Consultant at Beckman Coulter, responsible for a pilot program in preparation for a global deployment of training modules.
