Ms. Gates obtained her JD from Seattle University School of Law. She served as Vice President at Western IRB and as Director of Human Research Administration at UC Davis. She is the Associate Vice President for Research Compliance and Quality Assessment at the University of Miami. Before attending law school, Cindy served as a registered nurse in various areas, including the US Air Force Reserve.
