Cristian Zelaya

Cristian Zelaya is a Senior Technician on the Customer Success Team at CITI Program. Prior to their current position, Cristian worked as an Information Technology Student at McKinsey Social Initiative from February 2016 to May 2016. While at McKinsey, Cristian completed Comptia A+ and Network+ certifications and learned the necessary skills to be successful in an Information Technology career.

Cristian Zelaya has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Information System Technology from Miami Dade College. Cristian also has a High School Degree in Business Magnet Program from Miami Jackson Senior High School. Cristian has certifications from CITI Program in COVID-19: Back to Campus (2020-2023) and Human Subjects Research – Social-Behavioral-Educational Basic. Cristian also has certifications from CompTIA in CompTIA Network+ ce and CompTIA A+ ce.
