Julius McLean

Julius McLean is currently a Sales Coordinator at CITI Program. Prior to that, they were a Subject Matter Expert at Omni Interactions from December 2021 to April 2022. Julius has also worked as a Senior Help Desk Technician at CITI Program from January 2014 to December 2021, where they provided excellent customer service while handling a large volume of technical support requests via live chat, email, and phones.

Some of their responsibilities included resetting passwords, merging accounts, and helping customers navigate the website. Julius also recorded all customer interactions and logged calls in help desk software. Julius has an awareness of research/education protocol and practices and is also familiar with the vast library of courses that is constantly expanding.

Julius has initiated consultations, via phone or email, and conducted those consultations over the phone as part of an account management program to provide customers with information on the website, make sure that they are using all the tools available to them on the website, and to make recommendations for additions or changes to their current institutional setup. Julius has also tested new website features that were in development prior to them going live on the website. In addition, they have set up courses and other services for new client institutions on the website and created custom course modules using HTML code.

Other responsibilities Julius has held include sending out sales and marketing emails to customers and handling tickets/cases related to Continuing Education and Accreditation. Julius has knowledge of course content, course pricing, and the standard operating procedures of different departments within the company to perform consultations with customers.
