Tom Eckrich

Tom Eckrich is an accomplished retail professional with extensive experience in merchandise management and consulting across various companies. Currently serving as Divisional Merchandise Manager, Footwear at Citi Trends since January 2022, Tom leads teams focused on customer needs in both footwear and home categories. As Principal Consultant for TERAdvisory since October 2017, Tom provides expert retail advisory services. Past roles include Business Mentor at Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator, Business Development Lead at Be Your Label, and Senior Director of Sales & Analytics for Luxury Mens Apparel Group, where Tom managed national sales teams and major accounts.
