Lee Deas has a long history of working in the marketing and business industries. In 2005, they founded Obviouslee Marketing and served as its Founder + Visionary. In 2008, they became the President of Charleston AMA - American Marketing Association and a Founding Member of Pecha Kucha Charleston + Parliament. In 2014, they took on the role of Start-up Mentor at The Harbor Entrepreneur Center. In 2015, they became a Board Member of Lowcountry Local First and Chairman Of The Board at Palmetto Goodwill. In 2016, they joined Citibot as Partner, Marketing. In 2017, they became a Partner, Marketing at Island Coastal Lager. In 2019, they joined Birthdays for All as a Board Member. Finally, in 2020, they co-founded Agencies Act In Solidarity.
Lee Deas holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of South Carolina. Additionally, Deas has obtained certifications from the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) in June 2019, the 10,000 Small Businesses Program from Goldman Sachs in 2019, and the Diversity Leadership Institute from the Riley Institute at Furman University in December 2018.
