Steve Flater

Steve Flater is an accomplished information technology leader with extensive experience in cloud operations and management. Currently serving as Vice President of Information Technology & Cloud and Global Cloud Operations Director at CDI since April 2021, Steve is responsible for developing processes to manage global cloud operations, including technical standards and architecture. Prior to this role, Steve was IT Manager at Valley Cooperative Association from March 2016 to April 2021, overseeing technology solutions and IT vendor relationships. Steve's earlier experience includes positions as Network Administrator and Micro Systems Coordinator at Outagamie County and as Senior Network Engineer at Tushaus Computer Services. Additionally, Steve owned a network consulting business from 2002 to 2012. Steve holds a Bachelor of Science in Business - Information Technology Management from Western Governors University, earned between 2010 and 2014.
