Cities & Habitats Gh. Ltd is a fully Ghanaian-owned private company in the Real Estate space. The company is developing the PLANNED CITIES EXTENSION PROJECT.

The Planned Cities Extension Project is a strategy being used to respond to unplanned urbanization in Ghana.  The first of its kind will be implemented at Ningo-Prampram by the Cities & Habitats Gh. Ltd.

The wholly private-led Project strategy, as urged by the former Minister of Local Government, is to gradually unlock land values to finance infrastructure and improve revenue collection by the Assembly through betterment levies as per Section 208 & 209 of the Local Governance Act, 2016 (956) with amendment (Act 940).
