Cassandra Webb

Cassandra Webb is an advocate for Black youth, their families, and communities, currently serving as the Interim Co-Executive Director of Russell: A Place of Promise (RPOP) and the Director of the Place of Promise Initiative for Cities United. They joined Cities United in early 2018, where they co-developed the organization’s first Young Leadership Fellowship and later transitioned to RPOP to focus on community-driven economic development. Cassandra previously held various roles in youth development and community advocacy, contributing to organizations such as the Louisville Urban League and Metro United Way. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from the University of Louisville, along with minors in Economics and Pan-African studies.
