The Tech and Systems team at Davao CitiHardware, Inc. is responsible for maintaining and improving the company's IT infrastructure and systems. This includes ensuring reliable operation and security of the company's software applications and hardware through the efforts of the System Administrator and Field Service Technicians. The Software Quality Assurance Analyst and System Analyst work together to test and enhance software tools to deliver seamless customer experiences. Meanwhile, the Process Analyst examines and optimizes operational workflows to streamline processes and increase efficiency, all contributing to excellent customer service and operational excellence.
