Swetha Chitrapu, PMP®, is a program and project management professional with over 15 years of experience in the healthcare and financial services sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at CitiusTech, they lead discussions on project parameters, oversee planning and execution, and interface with top management to drive strategic vision. Previously, at IBM, they managed a complete portfolio of projects, focusing on budgeting and stakeholder management. Swetha began their career as a Senior Software Engineer at Patni Computer Systems, where they received the ‘Valuable Contribution Award’ for significant system improvements. They hold a B.E. in Information Technology from the Ramrao Adik Institute of Technology, University of Mumbai.
