Jeff Redman

Jeff Redman is Citizant’s Vice President of Operations, reporting to President and COO David Romola.

Since joining the company in 2011 to lead several IRS IT modernization programs, Citizant’s employees have rated Jeff consistently as the company’s best operations manager. With 30 years of experience in government and commercial IT programs, he is well-versed in a range of in-demand technologies and has developed outstanding customer relationships.

He brings a holistic perspective and approach, having served in many relevant roles as an analyst, developer, consultant, project manager, operations manager, and program manager. His experience spans organization sizes from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. He has worked in numerous industries including energy, finance, health care, travel, and government.
