Will Walker

Will Walker is a transformation leader with extensive experience in overseeing complex change initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of Transformation at Citizen since 2019, Will has previously held significant roles such as Programme Director at Hanover Housing Association, where they managed the update of service delivery models, and Head of Business Efficiency at Sanctuary Group, focused on delivering value-for-money improvements across operations. Will holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Aston Business School and a degree in Civil Engineering from Coventry University.
