Previously, EJ served as Executive Creative Director for VML and led the creative efforts at Wunderman Thompson, significantly contributing to the agency's growth and recognition with high-profile clients like Best Buy and Sherwin-Williams. With extensive experience in the creative industry, EJ co-founded A Kindness Co. and has held leadership roles at various marketing firms, continuously shaping effective marketing strategies and campaigns. EJ studied Fine Arts, Film & Video, and Design Communications at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
