Citizens Advice New Forest are here to make a difference. We are a local, independent Charity, here to make a difference to the lives of those living and working in the New Forest. 

Our aims are to provide the advice people need for the problems they face and to improve the policies and practices that affect people’s lives. 

Citizens Advice New Forest provides free, independent, confidential and impartial advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination. By informing our clients of their rights, we aim to empower the client so that they can help themselves. 

We deliver our advice across a range of channels, including face to face at our 5 offices and in outreach locations, telephone, web chat and through our website.
