Christopher O'Connor started their work experience in 2002 as a Partner at Rainer & O'Connor, LLP. After 8 years, they co-founded Citizens Disability in 2010 and is currently serving as the General Counsel.

Christopher O'Connor earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government from Bates College, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Following their undergraduate studies, they attended Quinnipiac University School of Law from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Doctor of Law (JD) degree.
