Steven Ching

Steven Ching is an experienced tax professional currently serving as M&A Tax Director at Citrin Cooperman since October 2022, previously holding the position of M&A Tax Manager. Prior to this, Steven worked as a Tax Associate Attorney at Klein Hornig LLP from December 2020 to October 2022. Steven began a career in M&A tax at KPMG as a Senior M&A Tax Associate from July 2019 to December 2020, following a role at Andersen Tax as a Senior Tax Associate and Tax Associate II from March 2017 to July 2019. Earlier experience includes an International Tax Associate position at Raytheon from April 2015 to March 2017 and roles such as Associate Counsel and Law Clerk at Aspen Square Management from March 2013 to April 2015. Steven Ching earned a J.D. from the University of Connecticut School of Law and a BA in History, with Honors, from Trinity College-Hartford.
