Tom Frederick

Tom Frederick possesses extensive experience in leadership and strategic consultancy across diverse industries. Currently serving as CEO and President of Strategians LLC, a firm that aids clients in executing strategies and organizational transformations, Tom also contributes as Senior Advisor to the CEO and Board at Citrine Informatics, which specializes in AI solutions for various sectors. As Co-founder, CEO, and President of DRExchange, LLC, Tom focuses on healthcare data exchange initiatives, drawing on over 20 years in marketplace development. Previous roles include Founding Managing Partner at Health2047 Capital Partners and integral positions with the American Medical Association’s Integrated Health Model Initiative. Tom’s past experience includes leadership roles at Electric Cloud, Edgenet, Venrock Associates, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and Uniplex. Tom holds an MBA from Stanford University and advanced degrees from Harvard and the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
