10 years ago I inherited two olive groves from my great grandmother In Greece . I realized the potential of Olive Oil and I’ve expanded and bought several olive fields from family members and other people over the past few years. My aim is to produce good quality, cold pressed olive oil. Therefore I have not used any pesticides or fertilisers. I take great personal care of my fields and use old-fashion farming methods. I supervise the pruning and olive picking . My fields are all in the bio category. My aim is to produce top quality, ultra premium olive oil like my forefathers did and to distribute it globally.
