Celso Hirose

Senior Development Engineer at CITS

Celso Hirose has a strong background in software development and engineering. Celso started their career at Equitel Telecomunicacoes in 1993, where they worked as a Software Development Engineer, responsible for developing management and supervision modules for TDM Multiplex hardware. Celso utilized Intel microcontrollers and programming languages such as 8051 Assembler and ANSI C for this role.

From 1996 to 2000, Hirose worked as a Technical Support Engineer at Siemens Com. Celso was responsible for providing technical support and conducting presentations and meetings for telecom operators in Brazil regarding Access Network equipment.

In 2001, Hirose returned to Siemens Com. as a Senior Engineer in the Media Gateway development group. Celso executed tests for software releases in a multi-site development environment. Celso also served as a Development Project Manager, successfully overseeing the transfer of Fixed Network Media Gateway development from Germany and the USA to Curitiba, Brazil.

Hirose then joined Nokia Siemens Networks in 2007 as a Senior SW Development Engineer. Celso worked on developing software tools for test automation for telecom equipment. Celso implemented the codec G723 using C++ and C programming languages and developed Java modules for simulating the M2UA protocol.

In 2007, Hirose worked at Genband as a Software Engineer, where they developed a Test Management System for the System Test group using PHP and MySQL.

Lastly, Hirose joined CITS in 2008 as a Senior Development Engineer. Celso initially worked on sustaining and developing ISDN/IP (SIP) SW modules using Visual C++. Later, they transitioned to the role of Quality Assurance for the Siemens Enterprise project, focusing on quality assurance tests.

Celso Hirose attended Universidade Federal do Paraná, but the duration of their education, the degree obtained, and the field of study pursued are unknown.
