Fraser Stride

Fraser Stride is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the property development and smart home industries. As Co-Owner of Citu since May 2010, Fraser has contributed to the delivery of over 500 sustainable homes, emphasizing design, sustainability, and community. Previously, Fraser served as Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors for CEDIA, the international trade organization for the smart homes sector, from October 2008 to November 2010. Fraser also played a pivotal role as Marketing & Finance Director at Finite Solutions, aiding its growth into a leading UK smart home company. Earlier career roles include Senior Strategy Manager at Barclays Bank, where Fraser defined the online strategy for Barclays Premier Banking, and a Sponsorship Programme Undergraduate at Alenia Marconi Systems, supporting data management and project management. Fraser holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Management from the University of Leeds.
