We are dedicated to sourcing and roasting the highest-quality coffee, and we do it in an employee-centric culture that puts people first. 20% of after-tax profits go directly to staff, 5% go to worthwhile causes.

Every batch of coffee is carefully crafted by our passionate production team. They expertly guide our vintage Probat 1926 and 1963 roasters to bring out the unique characteristics of every batch of City Bean Roaster’s coffee. We offer retail (online and instore coffee, gear, and tea), wholesale, and roasting (private label, co-roasting, toll roasting).
