Andy Tan currently serves as the Head of Residential & Industrial Assets and Asset Support in the Asset Management Division at City Developments Limited, a position held since 2013. With extensive experience in real estate asset management, portfolio analysis, property tax management, and system management, Andy has advanced from roles such as Head of Residential Assets and Assistant Vice President of Leasing. Prior to joining City Developments Limited, Andy held the position of Marketing Director at CDL China and served as Associate Director at both Savills Greater China and Savills Singapore.
