Yi Yang Low

Yi Yang Low has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as a Manager at City Developments Limited since August 2021, after progressing from the role of Assistant Manager. Prior to this, Yi Yang Low worked at ST Engineering from 2013 to August 2021, holding positions as both Senior Engineer and Engineer.
