At the heart of City Helpers is a story of resilience, determination, and a deep desire to help others. After experiencing a life-altering stroke, a family member faced a daily struggle with simple tasks around his home. Tasks that were once effortless, such as trimming the hedge, moving heavy items, or cleaning the garage, suddenly became overwhelming challenges.
His experience opened his eyes to the difficulties that many seniors & homeowners face when seeking assistance with these everyday tasks. He realized that there was a significant gap between seniors & in need of help & workers with various skill sets willing to lend a hand. His personal journey became the catalyst for City Helpers.
Our Mission-
City Helpers was founded on the belief that everyone deserves to live comfortably & independently, regardless of age or physical condition. Our mission is to bridge the gap between seniors looking for assistance with small projects and workers with various skill sets eager to offer their expertise. We aim to create a supportive and thriving community where seniors and homeowners can maintain their homes, and workers can find rewarding opportunities to make a positive impact.
We provide a user-friendly platform that connects seniors & homeowners seeking help with a wide range of tasks, from gardening and home repairs to technology support and companionship, with workers ready to assist.
City Helper offers a flexible scheduling system, allowing seniors and workers to find the perfect match for their needs and availability. Whether it's a one-time project or ongoing assistance, we've got you covered.
We carefully vet and screen all workers to ensure they are not only matched for your task but also compassionate and trustworthy. Your safety and peace of mind are our top priorities.
We believe that maintaining independence is essential to a fulfilling life. By connecting seniors & homeowners with the help they need, we empower them to live life on their terms.
