City Hospice is Cardiff’s local hospice, providing specialist palliative care and compassionate support to people living with life-limiting illnesses in their own homes. 

Our consultant-led team of nurses, therapists, social workers, and advisors deliver personalised clinical and emotional support. We also offer bereavement counselling for adults and children, ensuring families receive care at every stage of their journey.

We rely on the generosity of our community and need to raise £3 million annually to continue providing this vital care.
