Deborah Gouges

Deborah Gouges is the Coordinator Council Services at the City of Wanneroo, where they currently oversee a team of three. From 2012 to 2025, they served as a Governance Officer at the City of Joondalup, managing various responsibilities including the implementation of Agendas and Minutes software and training fellow employees. Deborah has also held the position of Senior Governance Officer, where they provided leadership and guidance to their team. They completed a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management from AIM Education & Training and are currently pursuing further education at North Metropolitan TAFE.
