Steven Dunbar

Steven Dunbar is an accomplished NPE Controls Supervisor at GILLIG since April 2016, leading a team of engineers in developing new body controller architecture and software for various platforms, including diesel, CNG, hybrid, electric, and hydrogen. Prior roles include Electrical Engineer I, II, and Senior I, with significant contributions in software releases and architecture for customization management. Additionally, Steven has served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Livermore since December 2020, holding positions as Vice Chair and Chair during critical periods. Steven earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with a Minor in Energy Policy from the University of California, Davis, and furthered education at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences.
