Established by Mr.Syed Mohammed THE CITY OPTIK began life as Malabar optical store 125 years ago and later changed to city optical by his son Mr. S.A.M. Ibrahim. Under the leadership of Mr. Ibrahim, the stepping-stones were carved to the present infrastructure of branches of the group.
Having gained invaluable experience, the natural progression was to develop our retail philosophy to a chain of stores in Kerala applying the same core values of the Optic Shop - namely offering a wide range of quality spectacles at the most competitive prices whilst maintaining very high standards of service.

Driven by a commitment to unparalleled customer service, THE CITY OPTIK provides the best personalized optical care, style and quality. Customers can select from a wide range of frames and lenses for glasses, contact lenses and sunglasses, allowing everybody to reflect their individual personalities and lifestyles.
Our Ophthalmic practitioners will prescribe and fit glasses and contact lenses with the help of advanced technology and, if necessary, they will refer you to a GP or our eye hospital for further investigations.
