Solange Vial

Solange Vial is currently an Adjointe au Chef de Service Petite Enfance with the Ville de Lausanne and serves as a Directrice Ad-Intérim at CVE des Bergières. With many years of experience in the care and support of children and families, Vial dedicates their work to creating projects that foster children's confidence and development. Vial also works as a formateur for adult training at Espace Santé Social Lausanne, specializing in inter-company courses for future social educators. Their previous roles include responsibility for a school canteen, co-directorship at the Centre de vie enfantine des Bergières, and positions as an éducatrice in various childcare settings.
