At CityLight, our mission is to empower and uplift our community by providing exceptional and holistic mental health care services. By holistic, we mean that we don’t just see “a person,” we see a human being with a body, a mind, and a spirit who is also part of a larger unit: a family...a community. All those parts play a role in how we experience wellness and connection in our lives. So, when you meet with us, we aim to understand ALL of who you are, so you really feel seen and supported.

Our vision is rooted in the belief that fostering mental, emotional, and spiritual health within individuals paves the way for emotionally robust families and communities. We envision a ripple effect, where healthy people cultivate and engage in healthy relationships, ultimately creating a positive impact in their broader community.
