Redefining the Lifestyle Landscape for Emerging India.

Cityman Ltd is an Indian publicly listed entity (BSE: 521210). Originally established in 1992 as a pioneer in men’s fashion, we are currently exploring a transformative expansion of our legacy to build a diversified business conglomerate with strategic interests in Retail, Realty & Infra.

Strategic Relaunch Vision
After a period of consolidated operations, Cityman is mapping out its return to the Indian fashion industry. Our proposed roadmap outlines a prospective investment strategy to launch a modern range of men's casual, leisure, and innerwear. Our objective is to bridge the gap between quality and affordability, with a long-term goal of exploring 100+ exclusive showroom locations across Tier 3 and 4 cities.

Entertainment & Infrastructure Goals
As part of our aggressive diversification strategy, we are actively exploring inorganic growth opportunities in the entertainment sector. Cityman Ltd is currently engaged in preliminary discussions and evaluations regarding the potential acquisition of major cinema exhibition assets. Our ambition is to scale our presence and eventually position the company as a leading listed cinema exhibitor in India.

The "Micro-Mall" Concept
Our future roadmap involves developing or acquiring community hubs that combine:

- Boutique Cinema Halls & Vibrant Food Courts
- Anchor Supermarkets & Lifestyle Retail
- Strategic locations in Tier 3 & 4 cities

These comprehensive mixed-use destinations capture high-growth demand for modern retail infrastructure in these locales.

At Cityman Ltd, we are driven by disciplined capital allocation and first-principles thinking, building the foundation for the next billion Indian consumers.
