Shupon Mitchell has extensive experience in the social work field, having worked as a Program Manager and Case Manager at CitySquare since May 2017. Prior to that, Shupon worked in Customer Relations at ADT Home Security Alarm System for over a decade. Shupon holds a Master of Social Work degree with a specialization in Mental Health Counseling/Counselor from The University of Texas at Arlington. Additionally, Shupon also attended the University of North Texas at Dallas.
